Jeffery West was born and bred in Northampton, created by childhood friends Mark Jeffery and Guy West. With the town's heritage in shoemaking, it seemed its footwear label was inevitable. Beginning their business at the age of 16, the design duo took rejects from local factories, customised them and sold them on in various markets. Today, the shoes are imbued with all the craftsmanship, quality, and pedigree available in having shoes manufactured by Northampton factories with hundreds of years of experience. Cutting-edge brogues, Oxfords, Derby shoes, loafers and boots are accented with overt elegance, fulsome flamboyance and utilise an array of leathers, colours and imagination.
