All done shopping with Showpo? Once you've added your final item to you shopping cart, hit the black 'checkout' button that appears to be taken directly to the checkout page. Once here, enter in all your shipping and payment details - you'll be able to enter a promo code by scrolling down to below the payment method section and ticking the little box to the left of the 'Have a coupon code?' text. Once you've ticked the box, a promo code box will appear for you to fill in. Promo code applied? All that's left to do is click the black 'place your order' box on the right-side of the page and wait for your delivery to arrive.
Retailer policies
Showpo accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, however you can only receive store credit. Store credit is valid for 12 months. You will also need to cover the cost of the return delivery. To make a return, head to the Showpo online portal, log in and select your order. Download and print off your shipping label, affix to the outside of your return package, and then send it back to Showpo HQ via your local post office.
Showpo ships from multiple locations - the item location will display in your bag/at checkout once you've entered your shipping address. If your item(s) is shipping from the U.S., it should arrive within 3 days. If your item(s) is shipping from Australia, Standard delivery is FREE for all orders over $50 and $9.95 for order under. Express delivery carries a flat fee of $12.95 and normally arrives within 9 working days.
