You’ll be taken to the shipping address page, and on the right, you’ll see the ‘shopping cart’ section with a discount code box. Enter your promo code exactly how it appears on the website or on your coupon, and click ‘apply’. Check your total has been adjusted and continue to payment to complete your purchase.
Retailer policies
Returns are FREE within the EU, and items must be in a new, unworn condition with all the original tags attached. You must notify The Clutcher customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order if you wish to return your items to request a unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) code. The returned items must then be received within 10 days from the date you receive the RMA authorisation code. For returns outside of the EU, the return shipping fees will be at your own expense.
Shipping costs vary by country, and fees are calculated at checkout. FREE Express shipping is offered throughout the world on orders that meet the required minimum spend. Express shipping to Italy typically takes 1-2 days, European express is 3-5 business days and United States, Canada and Japan are also within 3-5 business days. Rest of the world deliveries takes 3-7 business days, and packages to Russia are generally delivered within 30 days of the shipping date. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a shipping identification number so you can easily track your order.
