After you’ve finished shopping at The Luxury Closet, you can either click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page or hit ‘add to shopping cart’ on an item. To continue, sign in with an existing account, register a new account or log in using Facebook or Google+. On the shopping cart page, the order summary is shown on the left and you’ll need to select the ‘continue to checkout’ button. You’ll then be redirected to the billing and shipping page to enter your details, followed by the payment methods section. To the right of the payment options, you’ll see your order total with a beige ‘I have a voucher’ box below. Click to enter and validate your code. Your total should update to reflect the discounted price, and you can confirm and pay to finalise your order.
Retailer policies
If you’d like to return your items to The Luxury Closet, you’ll need to contact customer service within 3 days of receipt to be guided through the returns process. Once your return package has been received, you’ll be refunded the cost of the item minus any custom duties or shipping fees. Items must be received in the same condition as when shipped with all tags intact. Any final sale items cannot be returned. For international returns, please contact The Luxury Closet customer service team to let them know that you’d like to make a return, by live chat, phone or email. Items must be sent back with a registered courier with delivery tracking and are the responsibility of the buyer.
The Luxury Closet delivers within the UAE for FREE within 2-3 business days, unless you pay cash on delivery where you’ll be charged AED 30 shipping fees. Delivery to the rest of the world is also free, but you’ll be required to pay the customs duty upon delivery of the items. In some cases, delivery to countries outside the Middle Eastern region can take up to 2-3 weeks. Once purchased, you’ll be able to track the orders on the ‘My Orders’ page on The Luxury Closet website.
